(បរទេស)៖ ក្រសួងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុនៃចក្រភពអង់គ្លេស បានប្រកាសនៅថ្ងៃចន្ទនេះថា ចក្រភពអង់គ្លេសនឹងចាប់ផ្តើមគ្រប់គ្រងទ្រព្យសកម្មគ្រីបតូ ចាប់ពីខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៧ តាមរយៈច្បាប់ថ្មី​ដែលខ្លួនសង្ឃឹមថា នឹងផ្តល់ភាពប្រាកដប្រជាដល់ឧស្សាហកម្មនេះ។ រដ្ឋាភិបាល នឹងដាក់ច្បាប់នេះ ទៅសភានៅថ្ងៃចន្ទ ហើយនឹងពង្រីកបទប្បញ្ញត្តិហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដែលមានស្រាប់ដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុនដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងគ្រីបតូ ដោយធ្វើឱ្យចក្រភពអង់គ្លេសស្របគ្នាជាមួយសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ជាងសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប ដែលបានបង្កើតច្បាប់ដែលត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងសម្រាប់ឧស្សាហកម្មនេះ។ នេះបើតាមការចេញផ្សាយដោយារព័ត៌មាន Reuters នៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។

Britain to introduce new rules to regulate crypto 

(Foreign): Britain’s finance ministry announced on Monday that the UK will start regulating crypto assets from October 2027 under new legislation it hopes will provide certainty to the industry. The government will submit the legislation to parliament on Monday and will expand existing financial regulations to crypto-related companies, bringing the UK more in line with the United States than the European Union, which has developed rules designed for the industry. This was reported by Reuters on December 15, 2025. 

According to the UK finance ministry, the new regulations will bring crypto-related activities, such as trading and holding digital assets, under the same financial laws as traditional financial institutions. Government officials said that financial regulators including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Bank of England are preparing detailed regulations to regulate crypto markets safely and in line with international standards. The UK finance minister said the move was aimed at making the UK a leading hub for digital assets while maintaining investor protection and financial stability.

The UK Financial Conduct Authority has warned that investing in crypto is risky and investors could lose their money if they don’t understand the risks. Analysts say the 2027 deadline will give crypto companies enough time to prepare to comply with the new regulations and develop their businesses in a clear legal context.
