Climate can impact on gender ratio in newly born individuals

Recently, scientists noticed a very strange thing and that was a huge difference in the gender ratio. Scientists noted this on a small island near Australia, Line Island, where they saw that 99 percent of the young turtles are female and 87 percent of the mature turtles are female. This is such a huge gender inequality that for every turtle, more than 100 female turtles will be born. But this is very surprising. How can this happen? Is this an effect of climate change or is it just happening naturally? For the survival of their species, turtles have undergone some kind of change in their genes that is not allowing male turtles to be born. Well, when scientists conducted research to find out this, they noted that when the temperature on the island is below 29 degrees Celsius, there are very high chances of male turtles being born and when the temperature goes above 29 degrees Celsius, there are very high chances of male turtles being born.  So there are many chances that turtles will hatch from the eggs and keeping this in mind, the scientist noted the environment there and found that for the last few years the temperature here has been continuously increasing above 29 degrees Celsius, that is, the temperature remains above 29 degrees Celsius. Therefore, due to this temperature, many female turtles are being born, due to which a large quality has been seen in the gender ratio, which can certainly be a reason for the extinction of their entire species on this island. Therefore, the change in the environment and the increasing temperature due to global warming around the world are not only affecting humans but also animals.
