
Some of the medical researches and psychological researches shows that the green color reduces stress and vegetables are green fields are green crops are green trees leaves are green everything in nature that we see around us including trees bushes plants grass etcetera is green. Medical research is also showed that if we take green food or green vegetables the chances of our physical endurance and immunity strength definitely increases moreover green color is important in nature and green vegetable are important for our consumption for our daily consumption green vegetable and cloud all vegetables and there are vegetables if we eat them without cooking are amazingly more beneficial like carrot. Salad of vegetables also provides us great benefits. But the problem is that we are consuming fast food nowadays generation especially Gen-Z is Consuming fast food and the big problem is that the charge of today which are at the edge of six to ten years are also consuming it fastly because their parents do so but we should remember one thing that Millenniums and Gen Z got the introduction of fast food after they were adult right but the child's of today which are at the age of five to 10 years are consuming it fastly in their childhood which is bad for their health why should remember that vegetables are beneficial for our health while fast food is like a slope poison we eat fast food because we do not assume they first side effect because fast food does not show first side effect until we eat poisoned food first food works as slow poison which means that it slowly kills us and one day we hear that a person died of heart attack and the reason was just a clot of blood in his blood vessels but this is not fair because the reason for the death of most of the individual nowadays due to heart attack is only for eating unhealthy lemming and healthy and thinking unhealthy I am sure that we are far away from our title but we need to replace fast food with vegetables many people say that if they Take fast food once or twice a month there is no problem with this they are right because they are probably some minor problem but this is also a good way to completely get rid of fast food.
